Terms and Conditions for MUCHADO STUDIO Apps

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our mobile applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access our Apps.

- Refunds are governed by the respective app store policies

4.2 Cancellation

- You can cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Modify or reverse engineer the Apps

- Use the Apps for illegal purposes

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access

- Transmit malware or harmful code

- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Apps

6. Intellectual Property

- All rights to the Apps remain our property

- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content

- Trademarks and logos are protected

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
