Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using any Much Ado Studio application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some apps offer paid subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
User Conduct
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps; use the apps for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the operation of the apps or any servers used to provide them.
Disclaimer
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Any health, medical, financial, or other information provided is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Much Ado Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the apps.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
